Much has already been written on the topic of the media, but many issues indirectly or directly related to the organization and functioning of the media still ignite interest and controversy. This is, of course, tied to the omnipresent and at the same time changing position of the media in the life of society, but also to the need for the integrated formulation of the phenomena in which the media play an essential role. The article will attempt to find the answer to the question: is there a role, and if so, which role does the media play in the process of forming a critical picture of the judiciary which we are currently dealing with in the consciousness of the Poles?
